Nearing Production

Principal Project—San Francisco Gold Mine, Sonora, Mexico

The San Francisco Gold Mine is a past producing open pit heap leach operation with a probable mineral reserve of 611,000 ounces of gold. Timmins Gold will be producing gold at a rate of 80,000 - 100,000 ounces per year at a cash cost of $412 per ounce. All plant and equipment necessary for production is operational includ- ing crushing, leaching and extraction facilities. With permitting and construction com- plete, Timmins Gold is anticipating the first commercial gold pour by January 2010.

Exploration

Timmins Gold portfolio consists of four promising gold properties currently under development and or exploration.

TIM Claims — Zacatecas 
45,000 hectare land package contiguous to Goldcorp’s Penasquito gold deposit (17m oz) and near Canplats Camino Rojo gold deposit (3.5m oz).

Tequila Project — Jalisco 
High grade system hosted within miner- alized breccias. First phase 3,827 meters drilling returned 14/18 economic gold grades.
