* Three Quebec lithium properties (Chubb, International and Athona) consisting of 61 mineral claims covering 2333.45 hectares.

* Recent acquisition of 1280 acre lithium brine project in Nye County, Nevada.

* Praxis Goldfields, 100% interest in mineral claims covering 12,475 hectares, situated in the Skeena Mining Division, in northern British Columbia (same highly prospective geological belt as Barrick Gold's Eskay Creek Mine).

* Historic drilling on Mineral Hill's Quebec properties found spodumene-bearing granitic pegmatite dykes where lithium is found.

* Quebec properties neighbor Canada Lithium's advanced-stage lithium mining project which was mined between 1955 and 1965 (Canada Lithium recently increased the target estimate for the mine area to 29-30 million tonnes grading 1.1%-1.2% Li₂O).
